The tacos are very good and tasty
The tacos are delicious. The flavor is very good and the quality too, the first time I went I ordered the order that includes one of each taco and I loved them all! The sauces are delicious but it is very annoying that they put so little of each one (especially considering that the cost of the tacos is not economical). I love the style of the place and the atmosphere. The service is not very good, I think they lack staff since they never have enough, since the waiters try to be very attentive but obviously with so many people it is not possible. I think they should consider hiring more people or, in your case, I recommend going during the week since it is more likely to receive better attention.

I don't know why they have such a bad rating if they are actually quite good. The sauces get the best rating, they are all delicious. We ordered steak tacos, Arabic tacos and elotito; They serve little, and yes it is a little expensive, but it is worth it, because the truth is they are filling, the meat is delicious, with very good flavor. The service is excellent, the guys are very attentive, the place is clean and pleasant, like a neighborhood taqueria but modern haha. We will return again just for the tzatziki sauce and the habanero ash sauce.

Excellent Taqueria. They are not the classic saltillo tacos. Its price is a little high but the quality of the ingredients does not exist in another taqueria in Saltillo. The attention is also excellent. The variety is really surprising, there are not only traditional trompo tacos, they have pork card, beef and the lamb specialty. If you are used to cheap, poor quality, flavorless tacos from Saltillo, these are most likely too much for you. I highly recommend them, they definitely saved me from having to go back to Monterrey to look for quality food. As a recommendation, try the Arabic cordel taco, very similar to Durum Kebap.
The concept is great, the seasoning is excellent, each taco has a great flavor, the salsas are excellent, and the service is great. It's Friday night, and I enjoyed it very much. I recommend keeping up the good service.
